Lincoln Pro Cut 80
The Lincoln Pro Cut 80 plasma cutter is designed with maximum cutting capacity and while the machine itself weighs 96 pounds, it comes with full 85A of cutting power allowing it to reach a cut thickness of up to 1.25 inch, which is equivalent to 32mm.
With all the base features that comes along with the Pro Cut 55, this advanced model also has a built-in CNC interface. This comes with the standard model and is beautifully crafted for robotic control and operations. This incredible plasma cutting system can be powered by most lincoln engine driven welder which allows for maximum convenience, that is….if you are deciding to stick to the same brand of course.
No longer are there any cables hanging as optional Valet Style Under-Carriage lets you tuck in the cables for proper storage while making it easy to transport the machine from different job sites. There are also many options available which includes the combination circle cutting kit, the inverter cart, suction pivot, replacement bushing, plasma arc torches and more.
This unit is perfect for industrial usage including maintenance, fabrication, HVAC, prototyping, bodyshop and many other applications that requires cutting of thick hard metals. This is by far Lincoln’s most powerful cutter to date, plasma wise and you won’t be disappointed.

What do we think?
This used to be the top of the range for the Lincoln brand, however this particular plasma cutter model has now been discontinued and replaced by more advanced models from the latest range boosted with the latest technology. Therefore, we can’t really afford to give this any higher review rating score than this. We suggest you to check out some of the later versions available in the market such as the Tomahawk 375 Air.
